Refund Policy

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns on any unused items within 30 days of purchase.  To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  To start a return please contact us at inquiries@BonViveurCandleCo.com   Once we receive the return we will issue a full refund minus the return shipping cost. 

DAMAGES

Exchanges for goods damaged in transit will receive a replacement at no extra cost to you. We want to make it right so if this happens to you, please contact us immediately at inquiries@BonViveurCandleCo.com or via our contact us form.
